Scrolling on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, we often come across trainers, fitness gurus, and influencers who emphasize the importance of exercising. While absorbing such content we may be convinced but it is the visual appeal of how they physically look and the attractive jogger pants and exercising clothes that they wear is what we pay the utmost importance to. Yes, there is no denying that exercising regularly does promote weight loss and with that, we tend to look in the mirror and feel more attractive; however, looking and appearing beautiful should not be the only reason why exercising should be considered significant in our everyday lives.

When we want to discuss matters such as feeling good about ourselves, positivity, improved self-esteem, and self-appreciation we must also mention exercising as an integral part of that. When you work out and physically keep yourself active, there are happy hormones that are released in your body. These happy hormones act as antidepressants that our body produces; some of them are endorphins, oxytocin, dopamine, and serotonin. These happy hormones aid us in feeling more productive, energetic, refreshed, and motivated to achieve certain goals in life.

Nesting such feelings of being inspired, ambitious, and determined also attracts positivity in our lives and helps us to look, work, and achieve better things in life.
